About Me

Originally from London, I came to Houston in 2020 to attend The Culinary Institute LeNôtre, the #1 ranked culinary school in the country. I graduated from both LeNôtre’s Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry programs with a 4.0 GPA, and upon graduation from the latter I was elected Valedictorian of my class.

 

I have always had a “passion for pastry” – this was handed down to me from my mother who was a chef. Her nickname for me was “Ness”, short for Vanessa, which is how The DeliciousNess Bakery got its name.
